It is amazing how time flies. I remember when I was pregnant with E it seemed like time was standing still. After he was born though, it seems like time flew. One day I wasn’t sure we would make it through those first sleepless nights, and the next day he’s saying his first words.
Pampers Swaddlers were the first diapers E ever wore. We were given the first ones in the hospital and I also had a stash at home. These diapers were so soft that they felt like cloth. The newborns ones had the cutout for the belly button which was great for those first few weeks until the stump fell off. I also loved the wetness indicator on them. As a new mom I was never quite sure when E had wet enough to warrant a diaper change. At the time, only the Pampers Swaddlers had this.
The downside was that E got rather chunky in those first few months, and Swaddlers only went up to a size 3, so we had to switch to Baby Dry at that point. Now, with Baby #2 I am excited to say that Swaddlers are now available through size 5! This means I will be able to use Swaddlers through most of his diapering years.
