I love buying cute things for kids — especially when it comes to clothes. Unfortunately, at least for now, I haven’t been blessed with a little girl, so I have to live vicariously through my friends’ little girls.

When I had the opportunity to review items from Girls Crochet Headbands (GCH), I was excited because it isn’t very often that I get to check out frilly girl accessories. I must admit that from first impressions, I was skeptical because of the site’s low prices. I was concerned about the quality of the items but now I must say that I wasn’t disappointed.

I was sent a variety of items to review, including soft soled shoes, crochet headbands with flower clips, leg warmers, a tutu, and a lace romper. In addition, they also sent the absolute cutest knit owl hat. This would be perfect for any expecting parents who are planning on doing newborn pictures. The company has promised to send me one of the blue ones as soon as they come back in stock — I can’t wait!

Each of the items were really good quality, and at $8.99 for the lace romper, or $3.79 for the crib shoes, you can’t beat the price. I also love that the headbands and clips are all interchangeable so depending on what outfit your little princess is wearing, you can coordinate her headbands. You can also mix and match them.

Comparing the prices of the GCH to similar items on Etsy and in boutiques, these items are a great price. I’m not sure that you can find these for any better price.

Now for the giveaway.

The best part of this review is that GCH is giving me the opportunity to give away a $30 gift card for anything in their shop! With their super-reasonable prices, you can get lots of goodies. (Think stocking-stuffers!) Alas, there is only one winner of this giveaway, but if you still want to get your hands on some of these great products, you can use the code third20 to take 20% off of your entire purchase. This code is good until December 21, 2012.

Good luck!
