Marinaded Balsamic Chicken with Wild Rice and RosemaryCooking is a bit of a challenge in our house. Now that I am solely responsible for making dinner each night, I have been forced to expand my cooking skills.

While I have been working on my own cooking skills I have also used this as an opportunity to develop my sons’ cooking skills as well. I try to include them in easy aspects of making the meal such as mixing and pouring. The love the feeling of being a part of the process.
