Digestive health is important to everyone, but it seems to be something that no one wants to talk about. I have a rather delicate digestive system which seems to get upset easily. Recently, I have been taking steps to improve my overall health, and I decided to start managing my digestive health, as well.

I was recently at Sam’s Club in the pharmacy aisle that had several offers in the Sam’s Club Instant Savings Book. Three of their digestive health products were $5 off each featured product, up to $15 off if you buy all three – Benefiber® Fiber Supplement, Culturelle® Digestive Health Probiotic, and Nexium® 24HR Acid Reducer Capsules. The offer runs 8/23-9/17/17.

I picked up all three of the featured products, Benefiber® Fiber Supplement, Culturelle® Digestive Health Probiotic, and Nexium® 24HR Acid Reducer Capsules. All of these products are ideal for maintaining a healthy digestive system — which has a huge impact on our overall health.

I also purchased Benefiber®  which is a clear taste-free and 100% natural, prebiotic fiber and helps to support good digestive health.* (*This has not been been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Finally, I picked up a 3-pack of Nexium® 24HR Acid Reducer Capsules, which gives you protection from frequent heartburn all day and all night in just one capsule.** (**Use as directed. May take 1 to 4 days for full effect.) Nexium® 24HR Acid Reducer Capsules are the #1 choice of Doctors and Pharmacists for their own frequent heartburn.*

How to Make a Bread Box Medication Organizer

I don’t have a dedicated medicine cabinet in my kitchen for all my bottles of medications and supplements. This means that they often end up cluttering up my cupboard and countertop. I hate the look of clutter, so this just wasn’t going to work.

The other day, I found this cute little bread box. I bought it thinking that I would find something fun to do with it. That is when I realized that this would make the perfect organizer for all my medication bottles.

I began by completely wiping out the entire inside of the box using cleaning spray.

I purchased some red scrapbook letters, which I planned to use for the lettering on the front of the box. Simply use a small level to draw a straight line across the box and center the letters to spell out what you want. For me, I decided to write “Medicine” on the front.

After getting the letters on, I wanted to give the box a little more character, so I purchased some red stick-on rhinestones, which I affixed in a cross shape so that even my children could recognize this as somewhere medicine is kept (and know that they should keep out of it).

What is nice about this bread box in particular is that the top opens so I can keep medication pamphlets or other information in the top and the actual medicine in the bottom.
