I love the colors of Mardi Gras. There is just something about the gold, purple and green that always seems to festive. With its roots stretching back to France, Mardi Gras is generally celebrated in a number of traditionally ethnic French cities and regions in the country have notable celebrations. Most notably of these cities is in New Orleans, Louisiana.
