WiltonAremtaleGameDayThousands of Americans will be watching the Super Bowl this year. I’m sort of bummed out that my hometown team, the Pittsburgh Steelers, are out, but our family will still be watching.

Whether you are having a large group of people over to your house, or if you are just watching with your family, you want a versatile way to serve your food. The Wilton Armetale Gourmet Grillware is one of these perfect pieces.

The Gourmet Grill line allows you to both grill and serve your food in the same piece. This is especially handy for foods such as asparagus, mushrooms, and onions that you might want to prepare on the grill, but can easily skip through the grates and onto the coals. That’s not only frustrating, but also a waste of food!

I had the opportunity to test out the Football Griller. It was perfect timing since we were going to be having a large group over for my son’s third birthday party and this would be the perfect way to test out the griller.

We were planning on having a lunch meat platter at the party for people to make their own sandwiches. This griller is fantastic because in addition to being able to be used on the grill, it can also be put in the fridge and will help to keep foods colder longer. With this griller, I was able to make up the lunch meat tray early in the morning, stick it in the fridge, and pull it out at party time. The best part is, more than two hours later, the griller was still cold!

The fact that the plate stays cold makes it superior to any glass, plastic, or even metal plate that I already owned. It is safe for cooking foods up to 1000 degrees; won’t rust, chip, crack, or tarnish; and has a lifetime warranty.

If you are planning on hosting any sort of party, you want to have some good party foods. In addition to the lunch meat tray, we also made some Buffalo Chicken Dip. This is great as a snack food, but it can also serve as a main dish too. The best part is that it doesn’t take much time to make and won’t cost a fortune.

Ingredients:
  • 1 package (8 ounces) of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup FRANK’S® RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken (or you can use 3 cans of chicken)

BuffaloChicken1Cut the cream cheese into chunks and put in a heat safe dish. (Note: I used a Corelle dish, but Wilton Armetale also has some great options!) You will then want to pour in the 1/2 cup of FRANK’S RedHot.

BuffaloChicken2You will then want to pour the 1/2 cup of ranch dressing all over the cream cheese and the RedHot. Then, mix in the shredded chicken.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes or until the mixture is melted and heated through.

BuffaloChicken3After the dip is heated, you will want to serve it with chips, crackers, or vegetables. I guarantee that this dip will be the highlight of the party!

Even better news is that five lucky readers will win a Wilton Armetale Football Griller (RV $59.99)! All you have to do is enter through the form below! Giveaway open to the United States only.
