Everything about college seems to be expensive these days. It has been four years since I have been in school, but in that time not much has changed. I remember going to the campus bookstore and shelling out hundreds of dollars for only three or four books. Then, when the semester was over, I would return the books to the bookstore and receive only a fraction of the money back — or I would find out that the book wasn’t going to be used the next year and I would be stuck with a book that was essentially worthless. But that was just how it was…until now.

Now, companies such as Campus Book Rentals make buying books easy, and much more affordable. For example:

Psychology Textbook

This Psychology book would cost $114.99 if I bought it new on Amazon. If I rented the book at Campus Book Rentals, it would only cost $34.07 to rent for the semester. Of course, the book from Amazon would be new and I could keep it at the end of the semester, but who really wants to keep the book (unless of course you are really interested in Psychology).

In addition to saving money, there are some other great benefits to renting textbook from Campus Book Rentals, including:

  • save 40 to 90% off of bookstore prices
  • free shipping both ways
  • can highlight in the textbooks
  • flexible renting periods

In addition to saving you money, for every textbook you rent Campus Book Rentals donates to Operation Smile, an organization that performs cleft lip surgeries on children whose families could not afford it otherwise.

So, instead of going to the bookstore next semester, just have your kids go online to Campus Book Rentals and rent their books instead!
