It looks as if spring may have finally arrived here in Pennsylvania — at least I hope so! With the warm weather rolling in, the list of home improvement projects that we want to accomplish seems to keep getting longer.

We have done some small maintenance on the pond such as removing an over abundance of vegetation and repairing the pumps and filters. We have managed to keep the pond going (and the fish alive!) for two years, but the time has come for some serious work to be done.
It is times like these that stores such as the Home Depot are so wonderful. In order to update the fish pond and the hillside we would need things that would otherwise have to be bought at several different stores. At Home Depot, however, it is a one stop shop. We can purchase shrubs, pond filters and pumps, rocks, top soil, and everything else we need in just one trip!
